Fun at Home

Here's some pictures of Lilly too. We've been playing catch outside after John gets home from work. Lilliana has a pretty good throw. She wanted to wear a glove too. She has a push-toy that she loves to run behind too. Every day when we go outside, she grabs it and heads off running along the sidewalk, clear to the back of the house. (At least we've trained her to stay on the sidewalk. ;-) She is getting pretty quick.) She also loves to just sit and read.

Scuba Diving!!

So, here are some pictures from our scuba diving adventures. It was a lot of fun. We went on four dives, and then also had one day diving in the pool. Our teacher had a camera, so we got a lot of good pictures. On the first day, we saw a turtle, and then some anemone fish like Nemo. We did two dives each day. The second day, we did boat dives. They were way better. We saw tons of really pretty fish, and then we also saw an eel. The eel doesn't really count though because down by the Navy base, they feed the fish, so the eel just kind of hangs out there permanently. Still, it was cool.

Here's the turtle, and the eel. The eel's eyes are really close to the front of its face. Kind of interesting looking.

Trampoline

So, we're going to have to go backwards with some of the things we have done so that we can put in some of our fun pictures. We finally got our trampoline up, and Lilly learned how to really jump. Every time we go outside, she runs to the trampoline. She is getting to be really good at it. At first she was afraid to jump high, but now she just jumps and doesn't worry. Plus, we both love jumping on a trampoline too. It took a while to get it up becuase our surround was too big, so we had to figure a way to make it work. We overlapped it on the poles and you can't even tell. It's fun figuring out how to make things work.

If you listen, you'll notice that Lilliana calls John, "John". She is starting to call him Daddy finally, but John is just a lot easier to say. ;-) Then when she wants you to come somewhere or do something, she will tell you, and then nod her head. In this video she pats the trampoline to show that she wants John to come and jump, and then she nods her head "yes", so that he will. You can also see in the background what the base houses look like around here. Ours looks the same.
